Big milestone on this retrofit!: below 1.0 ACH on a home that’s over 125 years old!!

We’re proud of that number, but it also keeps the bigger picture in focus. A tight building is only successful if the assemblies are detailed to manage air, bulk water, v***r, and DRYING POTENTIAL over time.

Chasing airtightness is never the main goal; making it durable, healthy, and respectful of the original structure is the real magic!

Final blower door test = 8 weeks!

Phase 1 is closing out. Phase 2 is underway.

The main house is nearing the finish line, and the next major stage of this project is beginning: the full exterior transformation!

New pool house, pool, hot tub, hardscape, grading, landscape, and outdoor living areas still to come, this is where the scale of the project really starts to show!

A lot has been built already, but the bigger exterior vision is just getting started.
