Another cold winter but we manage to keep working. This was one of 4 stone chimneys we were able to rebuild. Previously leaking, we installed through pan copper flashing and weeps. We also rebuilt using a much better mortar mix to include proper cap and wash detail. All of of chimneys are guaranteed against water infiltration and mortar degradation.
