Stumbled upon this one this morning and I was so confused 😂 the customer informed me her neighbor feeds the local squirrels and she finds peanuts all over the place, I just happened to find one of their secret stashes.

Just a heads up for all those who see this. It has been brought to my attention that there is some confusion with other associations. Mainly if I am associated with a 5150 Roofing. Apparently, there are several very angry people not happy with the said roofing company. I want to clarify that I am NOT associated with that company. I do not have ownership, partnership or any other relationship. I don't even know the owner's name.
I was open of business a full 2 years prior to this said roofing company.
If you are angry at 5150 Roofing, be angry at them. It wasn't us!

When I see vent pipe like this, I am reminded this is why that part of our checklist routine for on going maintenance incudes inspecting the integrity of vent piping. At 5150 Heating, Air Conditioning and plumbing we don’t just change a filter, make a little noise and say your system is operating.
We inspect it from top to bottom and replace parts as needed. Cause when it breaks, it’s inconvenient for you and in this case, costly to a local business.
