When a case of hydrangeas comes from the farm with browning and water damage, what do you do? Pick through what is salvageable and experiment on the rest. I’ve been wanting to try this artificial antique hydrangea effect for awhile now, and I’m pleased with the results! Pic 1 is my experiment. Pic 2 is what the bouquets looked like when we opened for processing. Pic 3 is the inspiration. I’m grateful for our amazing distributor who is quick to credit for quality issues so we can offer the highest quality bouquets to our customers at Niemanns. I’m also grateful to have the space to learn and develop my skill!
