Spicy take: Why have we learned to refuse cookie cutter, speedy turnover design projects? Because we hate sacrificing thoughtfully curated, custom design for mass produced trends. See that sweet, French inspired chair? It required a custom painted frame from one manufacturer, with fabric from two separate companies. One of the fabrics was US made while the other was shipped from Europe. When we source multiple bespoke items in one room, we have dozens of decisions to make, several vendors to order from, and a ton of paperwork. We don’t do cookie cutter and that’s ok because we don’t base our designs on trends, even though we do have fun with them occasionally. Our goal is to create designs that reflect our clients and their lifestyles—and that takes time. Photography Photostylist
