ONE PAN, 30 MINUTE SPAGHETTI WITH MEAT SAUCE 🍝🙌 Because spaghetti night should NOT require three pots and half your dishwasher. 😂 My easy one pan spaghetti with meat sauce has the pasta cooking right in the sauce with seasoned ground beef, marinara, broth and a splash of heavy cream for the creamiest, sauciest finish. This is one of those easy weeknight dinners the whole family will eat and exactly the kind of recipe you need to save for busy school and sports nights!

“Italian Penicillin” or Pastina to us, was a staple in our house growing up when we were under the weather. Mom and Nonna made it for us and I swear within a day we were feeling better😂 they had all the tricks and old wives tales to fix everything. I know if I can be half the mama they were, I’ll be alright :)

A little taste of Italy, right here in Chicago! 🇮🇹❤️ i had the pleasure of attending A Tavola! Culinary Tour with Rio Mare, and this one was extra special to me.

Growing up in an Italian family (I am first generation Italian American), Rio Mare Rio Mare USA was one of those brands we always had in our kitchen. It’s a brand I grew up with, and now getting to work alongside them feels like such a full-circle moment. 🥹

I feel so incredibly blessed to work with brands that mean so much to my family, especially ones we’ve loved and used since we were kids. And I can’t help but think about my Nonna and Nonno up in Heaven. I just KNOW they’d think I’m the coolest ever right now. 😂❤️ But more than anything, I know they’d be so proud of me. And that makes moments like these mean sooooo much more than you all know.

From the incredible Italian-inspired food to the amazing company, it was such a special evening celebrating Italian food, family, and tradition. Because if there’s one thing my Nonno Ignazio and Nonna Caterina taught me, it’s that food is so much more than what’s on the plate. It’s the memories, the people, and the love behind it all. 🫶🏻

Grazie mille, Rio Mare, for having me and for bringing a little piece of my childhood full circle. 🇮🇹❤️
