The details in this River North loft are the ones most people walk right past.... which obviously means they are our favorite kind.

That custom fluted glass barn door to the guest suite was one of the best calls we made. Open and beautiful when the room is not in use, private enough when it is... and the perfect vignette right off the bar area.

Every material in the bedroom was chosen to soften the industrial edge without apologizing for it. Silver silk wallpaper, a oversized wool rug, luxe linen drapery.

Subtle where it needed to be, and bold where it counted. 🤍

A well-designed exterior deserves just as much intention as any room inside the home. The materials, the levels, the way it all connects to the architecture... it adds up to something that feels less like a backyard and more like a destination.

Every client has a word. We just hear it differently. Here’s a designer’s translation guide.

Clean? Simple. Minimalist. No clutter.

Moody? Dark ceilings. Dark wallpaper.

Warm? Layers. Luxe fabrics. Soft neutrals.

Comfortable? Deep lounge seating. Cozy fabrics. Feels good.

Fun/Funky? We’re already pulling art.

Tucked right between the foyer and the living space - it’s the first thing guests land on. Grab a drink, settle in, and you’re already exactly where you’re supposed to be.

Our client loves red wine. So honestly, this bar was always meant to be hers. 🍷
