A house in Inverness we are working on tiling the Primary shower,bathroom floor and tub wall behind the free standing tub. Later this week we will come and grout it and clear silicone it and this part of the job scope will be done. Then down to the basement to work on the laundry room floor,dog washing station,basement shower and glue down vinyl on the basement floor. A repair we are working on in an apartment in Evanston. We came in and removed the old wood casing that trimmed out the window in the shower. When we demoed the rotten wood we found that the previous contractor never screwed the window to the framing so we screwed it in and spray foamed around it to keep the drafts out and reframed it back in and added cement boards. We taped the seams and skimmed them with thinset and once that dried we waterproofed the window area. We also set a solid quartz piece on the window sill. Today we will tile ,grout and caulk the rest of the shower .773-447-7161

Yesterday we installed more tile on this laundry room floor and selected the grout color with the homeowner and today we will rapid set the last few pieces in and then grout it. We will also be working on ardexing the basement floor to get it ready to install the 850 sqft of glue down vinyl plank . 773-447-7161
