Learned a few new techniques today and I’m so excited to keep experimenting with them. 🥰

Today I made this Dahlia, Zinnia, and cornflower inspired by my garden. Here they are with their models.

My flower garden got a little neglected this year, and didn’t do as well as I had hoped. I was really hoping to add a build your own bouquet stand to Forget-Me-Not Plant Shop.

I think I have found the answer!!!

Thanks so much to everyone that has helped me along this journey. You may have stopped by my booth, bought one of my items, given words of encouragement/advice, or just been a friendly face. Whatever it was, I want you to know how much I appreciate it.

Starting my own little business has always been a dream. It has never been about the money, but about doing something I love, making things that bring a smile, and sharing with those around me. In a world where things can sometimes feel overwhelming, I hope to spread joy with the things I make, heal myself through my art, and teach my children to follow their own dreams. I hope they see my failures and my achievements, and learn from them.

I have made so many new friendships and connections in this short time and learned so much. None of this would have happened if I didn’t push through the fear of putting myself out there, something I am not sure I will ever get used to. If you are on the fence about starting a business or sharing your hobby with others, I say GO FOR IT!!! There is a huge group of people just like you, eager to help each other succeed. You won’t regret it!
