You need to know.

I passed inspection today with the County. How did I do this? I knew:..the history of the project...the drawings...changes to the drawings needed backup documentation from the design team...what the inspector would be looking for...my trades people are really good at what they do...inspectors appreciate a clean jobsite which creates order...simple thing like clean drywall cuts show professional work...the answers to his questions.

Time for a new shower? This owner had a water leak they thought was coming from the shower valve. It turns out the plumbing vent behind the shower valve wall was not sealed properly at the roof. Thankfully it rained allowing us to see water pouring in from overhead and I could fix it properly. Insurance already covered the demo through another contractor so I just put a new shower back.

Here's a small bathroom I remodeled for a growing family. The curved shower allowed more room in this tight space that is now light and fresh.
