We're proud to see the new MetroHealth Outpatient Health Center nearing completion and preparing to welcome its first patients.

As part of MetroHealth's ongoing transformation of healthcare delivery in our region, this state-of-the-art, 300,000-square-foot facility was designed to improve access to high-quality outpatient care and essential health services for the community. The center will bring together more than a dozen specialties under one roof, creating a convenient, patient-centered destination for care.

Perspectus Architecture was honored to partner with MetroHealth, CBLH Design Inc., and the entire project team in bringing this important vision to life. We look forward to seeing the positive impact this facility will have on patients, caregivers, and the surrounding community for years to come!

We’re excited to welcome Rachel Haught back to the Perspectus team! Rachel brings extensive experience in Revit, BIM coordination, and construction documentation across healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and municipal projects. Her collaborative approach and passion for thoughtful, functional design make her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside the office, Rachel volunteers with City Dogs Cleveland and enjoys Guardians games, paddleboarding, and spending time with her rescue dog, Violet. We’re thrilled to have her back at Perspectus!

Last week, our team visited the site of MetroHealth's new Outpatient Health Center - an exciting project taking shape on MetroHealth’s main campus. Perspectus, in collaboration with CBLH Design Inc., is proud to be part of this development, which supports MetroHealth’s continued investment in modernizing its facilities and enhancing the patient and visitor experience.

The six-story Outpatient Health Center will serve as a centralized destination for Primary Care, Pediatrics, Cancer Care, Breast Health, and a range of medical and surgical specialties. Designed with flexibility and collaboration in mind, the facility prioritizes intuitive wayfinding, patient-centered planning, and strong connections between clinical spaces, staff, and visitors. Architecturally, the building complements the MetroHealth Glick Center with a cohesive material palette, expansive glass, and an inviting street presence that helps create a more open and welcoming campus environment. We’re excited to see this transformative project continue to take shape and look forward to its opening to the public later this year!

“We’ve run out of space on our University Circle campus to serve our students, and we have a long waiting list,” Geri Presti, The Music Settlement’s president and CEO, told Crain's Cleveland Business. “We need to meet, and it’s our mission to meet the community demand for affordable and accessible music and education.”

We’re proud to have partnered with Millstone Management Group on the expansion of the Geauga Transitional Living Center. Increasing capacity from 9 to 16 beds, along with enhanced shared spaces and outdoor areas, allows this facility to better support individuals on their path to recovery. We are grateful to the Geauga County Board of Mental Health and Recovery Services for their commitment to this important work! A meaningful milestone to recognize during Mental Health Awareness Month.
