Part-time to Full-time job opportunity working with a design-build residential construction company!

We are a group of laid-back, hard working design-build professionals who are adding to their team due to recent growth in the Denver and Colorado Springs area. We're looking for a self starting individual who has a background in civil and/or structural engineering with at least a few years of residential drafting experience.

This individual could move into a more permanent, full-time role if they're willing to work part-time completing project management tasks as well as some on-site carpentry. The applicant should have at least 1 to 2 years of hands on carpentry experience.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to get involved with an exciting start-up and help it grow into whatever we all want it to be! Other perks include a flexible work schedule, creative freedom, quality work environment, and awesome co-workers!

So excited to have another cottage home on the books! We’re always striving to make these small spaces as cozy as possible while keeping utility at the forefront of our design.
