When a room has this much scale, the design needs to match it. We used substantial architectural elements, stone wainscot, stained wood, layered metallic finishes, and oversized applied moldings to give this uniquely shaped dining room wall both purpose and presence.
The framed metallic plaster creates a sense of artwork without adding visual clutter, while the green painted trim quietly connects the dining room to the rest of the home. Every layer was considered to complement the architecture rather than compete with it, a focal point designed to feel like it was always meant to be here.
