It gets ugly before it’s get pretty 😍

Our Maxtown project is coming to the final stretch

In this stage of every project, the punch out is just as important. The details, the fine tuning, the leveling, the plumpness. Every inch moved to the left or right matters. Every angle, fixtures, all the tie ins- it needs to all come together

This stage shows all the decisions you made from Day 1 were important to get to this point. Never treat Punchout Days like the last slice of the pie.

We will probably do a project party for this one. By far one of the coolest things we did

What do you think about communication on the highest level in construction?

It’s not text messages or phone calls alone. It’s one platform for all communications and information. We use JobTread Software to give us a thorough overview of each task for ourselves, subs and clients.

It’s important your builder or contractor has a communication tool for Project Management.

Templating your countertop and backsplash slab will eliminate all mistakes when it comes to countertop fabrication. This usually involves scanning the area with relations to the cabinets set. They take those scans to then generate your cuts for your countertops to perfection

A debrief of our Cooks To The Max project. A project that started off as one idea eloped into a different idea and hitting multiple targets. What we enjoy during the rough in phases is how everything is put together behind the scenes and connected.
