Tuesday - Throwback to my very first job out of college — a young designer stepping into the world of architecture at what is now known as WSA Studio.

I had no idea then how much I would grow — not just in my skills, but in confidence, creativity, and community. My colleagues quickly became family. They poured into me, challenged me, and nurtured my out-of-the-box thinking.

If my younger self could see me now, she’d say:
Raise the roof. Smile big. Have fun. And never stop mentoring the next generation of great designers. 🙌🏽🖊️✨
