Some buildings earn their address. The Metropolitan in Grandview is one of them.
Located in the Grandview Heights area of Columbus, the Metropolitan sits at one of Grandview's most lively intersections — its flat-iron form and walls of glass setting it apart from the moment it opened, earning the Grandview Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Multi-Family Architectural Design Award in 2009.
And the neighborhood it calls home has its own remarkable story. Grandview Heights — one of Columbus's very first suburbs — incorporated as a village in 1906 and became a city in 1931. What it never became was generic. Today Grandview is home to art galleries, independent restaurants, a beloved neighborhood theater open since 1926, and a community that has always prized character over convenience.
We loved every moment spent in this neighborhood — and bringing our client's home to life, allowing him to experience the greatest style of all. His own.
More from this project coming soon.
