Out with the old and in with the new! We removed this rotted staircase and rebuilt it with pressure-treated lumber, matching the original size and existing deck. New steps, framing, posts, railings and balusters made for a much safer entrance and a clean finished look.

We removed the existing cabinetry and countertops, opened up and reframed the uneven soffit, and brought everything back level and straight before installing the new oak cabinetry. The new layout adds a lot of useful storage while giving the kitchen a cleaner, more finished appearance.
Next up are the countertops, backsplash, plumbing and final finishing touches.

The Breezy Carpentry crew tackled this Miles Pond deck railing upgrade, replacing the old vinyl system with a sturdier pressure-treated wood railing built to meet current code requirements. From demo to the final details, all three of us worked together to give this deck a safer, stronger, and more timeless look—without taking away from those incredible views.

A ceiling can completely change the feel of a room.
We were called in after the kitchen cabinets had already been installed to tackle the one thing still bringing the space down—the old sagging tile ceiling.
We removed the existing ceiling, leveled the framing, and installed a new Johnson Shadow Gap pine ceiling for a clean, seamless look. To finish it off, we added recessed LED lighting on a dimmer and carefully modified and reinstalled the cabinet crown molding to fit the new ceiling perfectly.
The result is a brighter, flatter, and more modern kitchen that feels like an entirely new space.

Another project in the books! We finished installing a new Andersen sliding patio door and replaced damaged hardwood flooring. Thanks to the homeowner saving extra flooring from the original installation 20 years ago, the repair blended in beautifully. Clean finish and one happy customer.

This kitchen received a complete facelift while keeping the original footprint. The dated knotty pine cabinets and laminate countertops were replaced with new shaker-style cabinetry, stone countertops, a farmhouse sink, updated lighting, fresh finishes, and new flooring.
The result is a brighter, cleaner, more functional space that feels larger and more inviting while still fitting the character of the home.

Another kitchen renovation coming together!

This project involved a complete transformation of an older kitchen, including removal of the existing cabinets, flooring, and finishes, repairs to damaged areas, and a brand-new layout designed by the homeowners to better fit their needs.
The homeowners selected the cabinet configuration, colors, and overall design, and it's been exciting to watch their vision take shape. The combination of the new cabinetry, flooring, lighting, and preserved wood accents has completely changed the feel of the space while maintaining the character of the home.
Countertops are the next step, and we can't wait to see the finished product come together.

A little before & during progress on this kitchen renovation we’ve been working on.

This space started out as a dark, dated kitchen with heavy wood finishes, limited lighting, and a layout that needed a full refresh. We completely stripped the room down, reframed and insulated exterior walls, installed new drywall throughout, and reworked the ceiling to create a much brighter, cleaner, and more modern feel while still keeping the character of the home intact.

The recessed lighting and electrical upgrades — completed by a trusted subcontractor we work with — made a huge difference in opening the room up and changing the entire feel of the space. The dark brown door and existing stairwork are also going to tie in nicely once everything is finished out.

There was a lot more involved in this project than just “new cabinets.” Plenty of hidden work behind the walls went into making everything straight, solid, insulated properly, and ready for the next stage.

Still more to come on this one, but it’s already been a satisfying transformation to watch unfold.

Thanks again to our customers for trusting us with their home

Full Bathroom Renovation – From Water Damage to Clean, Modern Space 🔨✨

This bathroom had multiple underlying issues including water damage, aging finishes, and a layout that wasn’t making the best use of the space.

We performed a full demo down to structure where needed, addressed problem areas, and rebuilt the space with a focus on durability, function, and a clean updated look.

What was done: • Full demolition of existing bathroom
• Structural repairs to damaged areas
• New shower system with glass doors
• Custom built-in shelving for added storage
• New vanity with butcher block top
• Updated plumbing fixtures and finishes
• New flooring throughout
• Trim, doors, and full finish work

We also worked with the homeowner to reuse a few existing pieces (shelving and cabinet) and incorporated them into the design so the finished space still feels cohesive and intentional.

The result is a brighter, more functional bathroom built to last.

If you’re dealing with water damage or an outdated space, feel free to reach out. Happy to take a look and walk through options.
