Project completed in Denver, CO.

External:
TPO roof repair, internal roof water damage, mold and mildew prime after R/R rotted wood.
Next heat welded seams as well as fg400 x2 with reinforced fiber mesh in-between. Then replace deck with existing. New framing under rooftop fireplace.

Internal:

R/R water damaged sheetrock, texture to match existing and paint 2 coats to match existing. Vaulted ceiling and 6 stairwell.
2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom along with 2 main staircases to repair.

164 unit Repair project in Thornton, CO

8 total buildings both sides each building with over 500 units total.

SCOPE OF WORK:

R/R Siding, Z Flashing, Trim, Caulk, Paint, Gutters, Downspouts, Kilz mold and mildew primer & Cleanup. We Saved this company TENS OF THOUSANDS in material and labor costs only replacing 2' up from the ground instead of the whole panels. Only water damages were coming from the units the last 20 years 6" up from water splash.

CHANGE ORDER TODAY *** Kilz Prime the water staining will be on every wall pretty much. Went to lunch and back at it with an adequate fix. Although it would help further adding house wrap or even ice and water barrier would be a prime 5 year warranty Repair that's up to the property owner. Currently that's a 1 year. Less than 2k change other for 4+ year approval warranty.
