this poem was inspired by either an or or (can’t remember which, maybe even a combo of the three) interview I heard somewhere where they talked about how our brains are basically little radios who’s transmission we actually have the power to tune ourselves. More often than not we attune them to focus on the bad possibilities, the scary outcomes, the negative sides of our efforts…but in reality, we actually have the ability to make our brain do the opposite. To focus on the good, the exciting, the positive potentials that life could award us, because there’s basically the same probability that those could happen too 🤯

& then if you believe in the law of attraction or any of that woo woo stuff, attuning to the positive just might actually help call that in? And if not, and the bad ends up happening, at least we didn’t make ourselves suffer through it twice??
