When the world comes to Dallas, the best moments may not happen in the stadium. They happen in the small conversations — over tacos, plants, barbecue, stickers, directions, and shared stories. This is a plant shop view of travel, soccer, and the reminder that people are usually less foreign than we think.

The World Cup Is Here!

The FIFA World Cup excitement officially kicks off next week, and we're getting ready. As much as soccer brings the world together, we still believe plants connect us all. We'll be showing local matches, highlights, standings, and coverage on the big screen throughout the tournament so you can keep up with the action while you shop.

We're also creating some fun plant displays featuring: Countries playing local matches. Plants native to participating nations. Interesting plant facts from around the world. Look for new displays appearing throughout the week leading up to Dallas' first local match on June 14th.

Rain happens… unfortunately the second day at the arboretum was a washout. Forecasts were all over the place and we managed to see a few plants find homes early but the rain came pretty quick with the first few sprinkles so people made a run for the exit. Now what? Well we have lots of plants on sale. Lots of cacti, succulents and some others that we will have on sale for 25% off this week.
