Real talk—sometimes jobs don’t go as planned.

This past week, we brought in a 160lb glass panel for this shower… and it cracked the second it touched the tile. 😬 Not the outcome anyone wanted….

But this is exactly why we do things the way we do—stay honest, own the situation, and get it fixed the right way. No cutting corners. No blaming. Just handling it. Replacement is already in motion, and we’ll be back to finish it the right way. 💪

AND to end on a more positive note- these custom mirrors are FLAWLESS for this very same bathroom. 😍
