A trip built around connection, collaboration, and an unforgettable experience.

Construction Resources recently hosted a builder retreat at Streamsong, bringing together industry leaders from Atlanta, Charleston, and Tampa for a few days of great conversations, meaningful connections, and time away from the everyday.

Thank you to our incredible builder partners who joined us, and to Miele for being part of the experience.

Great design starts with a vision—and comes to life through collaboration. We sat down with Taylor, Custom Home Coordinator at Construction Resources, behind this custom Alpharetta residence to talk through the vision, material selections and details that shaped the project.

One of the defining elements? Creating continuity throughout the home while allowing each space to have its own identity. From the quartzite connecting the kitchen and living room to the flooring, tile and custom surface details throughout, close collaboration across trades helped turn that vision into a cohesive finished home.

Hear the story behind the project and the decisions that made every detail count.

One vision. Multiple materials and trades. One cohesive result.
For this custom Alpharetta home, continuity was considered at every stage. Working alongside The Platinum Group + JDA & Associates, Construction Resources brought together hardwood, tile, stone and surfaces through expert sourcing, fabrication and installation. From the wide-plank hardwood that creates the foundation of the home to the dramatic quartzite carried from the kitchen into the living room fireplace, each material was thoughtfully selected and precisely executed to create a seamless connection from space to space. A project defined by collaboration, craftsmanship and attention to every detail.
