Demo Day: Water Damage Restoration 🚧💧

We’re officially into demo day on this water damage restoration project!

After an upstairs tub leak caused water damage throughout the home, the continuous hardwood flooring experienced significant warping. Because the hardwood was nailed directly to the floor joists, this repair requires more than simply replacing the damaged boards.

Our team is removing all existing hardwood flooring, completing the necessary joist repairs according to the engineer’s instructions, and installing new subflooring to bring the floor system up to code before the new flooring goes in.

The kitchen has been removed, and now we’re getting down to the structure so we can rebuild it the right way.
