I “Heart” Denver, Our City, Our Home brought to you by Team Santulan + CANstruction. About 2,742 cans are on display at Cherry Creek from now until October 24th. This can-structure will serve as a donation to Denverites experiencing food insecurity. Ingredients include: peaches, potatoes, corn, black beans, peas, northern great beans, sweet peas, tomatoes and red kidney beans. However, we would like to think the main ingredient in our structure is teamwork.

four-day celebration of architecture and design in our beautiful city. This year, we’re joining in on the

We are deeply honored to announce that our project GreenHaus was awarded the Grand Prize in Mixed Income category by Multifamily Executive! What an exciting groundbreaking ceremony for Uinta Senior Apartments! Uinta is a collaborative project with the St. Stephen congregation to utilize a part of their land and develop a community of affordable housing for seniors. It has been so rewarding working with MGL and St. Stephens church, special thanks to the whole team on their hard work. Not pictured but special thanks to Mahdi the PM and Cindy for their contributions to this upcoming community.

We have been enjoying from our new headquarters in the Santa Fe Arts District! First Friday Art Walks have been a staple in Denver's Art District on Santa Fe for decades, bringing hundreds of people from all over to enjoy the neighborhood’s vibrant art scene. 👩🏻‍🎨🖼️ Looking forward to meeting our new neighbors and hope to see you out there!
