‼️The perfect house rarely exists ‼️

One of the biggest mistakes I see buyers make is waiting for a home that checks every single box.

This home had the location, layout, natural light, and overall feel my clients were looking for. The one thing they couldn’t get past? The primary bathroom.

Instead of walking away from an otherwise amazing home, we created a plan to transform the space into something that feels intentional, functional, and connected to the rest of the house.

A custom shower layout, updated finishes, and a more cohesive design vision turned the home’s biggest drawback into an opportunity.

If a house checks 4 out of 5 boxes, don’t automatically pass on it.

The fifth box might simply be a design project.

• Quartz = lowest maintenance
• Quartzite = natural look with durability (but varies by slab)
• Granite = a strong, reliable all-around option

Every project starts with a problem to solve.

In this kitchen, the focus was improving flow and creating a space that felt more connected to the rest of the home, without overcomplicating the layout.

We focused on:
• Reworking the cabinetry for better function
• Creating a more intentional focal point around the range
• Layering materials to add warmth and depth

The end result is a space that feels elevated, but still easy to live in.
