Three days, and the whole floor is fair game.

Our Haunted on the Hill pop-up sale starts Thursday at 2 and runs through Saturday. Thursday 2 to 6, Friday 10 to 8, Saturday 10 to 4.

The floor is full of pieces from recent cleanouts. Furniture, lamps, art and frames, glassware, kitchenware, china, and the fall and Halloween decorations we pulled out for the weekend. Everything is priced, so you can walk through and see what things cost.

Friday we're here until 8, so you can come after work and still have time to look.

We're at 697 19th St in Sherman Hill, the Simple Treasures shop. If you have a question before you come, call or message.

Simple Treasures is our store in Sherman Hill, and what's inside came out of real cleanouts.

When we clear a house, we find pieces that deserve a second life. Instead of hauling them away, we bring them to 697 19th St in Des Moines and sell them at honest estate-sale prices.

Furniture. Art, frames, and mirrors. Glassware and kitchenware. Collectibles and vintage pieces with some story to them. The inventory changes every time we open the doors.

We open for sales on select dates, not every day, and the next one is coming up. The doors open Friday, October 9 and Saturday, October 10 from 10 to 4, and Sunday, October 11 from 10 to 2.

Want a first look? We're hosting the Urbandale Chamber's Beyond Our Boundary event here on Thursday, October 8 from 4 to 5 PM, and we'll keep the store open later. It's free and you don't need to be a Chamber member.
