🍂 SEEDS & SCRIPTURE SUNDAY 🍂
November 1 — When God Changes the Season
📖 Ecclesiastes 3:1
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Have you ever noticed that the trees don’t fight to hold on to their leaves?
They simply let go.
They don’t know what winter will bring, how long it will last, or when spring will return.
And yet, every year, they bloom again. 🌿
Perhaps there’s a lesson for us in that.
Sometimes God asks us to release what we’ve been holding onto. A worry. A disappointment. A plan that didn’t unfold the way we imagined.
And sometimes He simply asks us to rest.
As we welcome November, let’s remember that we don’t have to have everything figured out. We don’t have to be blooming in every season.
Even when the branches are bare, the roots are still growing.
May this month bring you peace in the waiting, gratitude in the little things, and faith in the One who holds every season.
🍁 A little seed to plant this Sunday:
What is one thing you can place in God’s hands as you begin this new month?
🤎 Happy Sunday from The Odd Duck.
