Installed a new bathroom vanity today. The old one had been wet and mold had set in. Once it was removed you can see mold on the drywall close to the floor. We removed all the molded drywall and replaced it. Then installed the new vanity, sink, and faucet. We also had to redo the drain system, new shut offs and new water supply lines. The way it should be done. All working good, no more leaks or worries.

Had a small job for a customer this morning. Then decided to take the rest of the day and get the storm damage cleaned up at home. If that big limb had landed on my cargo trailer, truck, or either car, it would have totaled them. So, overall, lucky.
