Commercial doors can take a beating over time, and sometimes a simple fix just won’t cut it.

On this job in Clearwater, we were called to work on a set of aluminum double doors with an inactive side and a concealed locking system. We handled a temporary repair first and then returned to install new door hardware, making sure the locking mechanism and hook bolt functioned smoothly from top to bottom.

"SLAMMING DOORS!"

A very busy store had door closers that had enough of the constant use. They were slamming, not shutting, leaking oil and just not doing the job they were intended to do.

We replaced the door closers with new ones, but most importantly installed and adjusted them correctly so that they could do the job. The door closer when installed to fit the opening will prevent major costly damage to other door components down the road.

SHOP DOORS WON'T LOCK!

We were recently called out to a storefront on Clearwater Beach that couldn't secure!
Everybody loves the beauty of Clearwater Beach, but unfortunately the salty air can corrode and destroy your locks. A simple service a couple times a year can prevent this type of emergency.

Door hardware can look great but still need a little attention to work like it should.

We were called out in to adjust and repair several Emtek locks that weren't operating smoothly. After some careful work, the k***s and latches now turn and catch just as they should, offering both function and a polished look.
