Heavy side wall reduction prune of post oak. Clients are on the fence about removal as it leans slightly toward their neighbors, who are good friends. We bought the tree another 2 years before a revisit, it will likely be removed on that visit. It has had several large limbs taken off back to the trunk. The tree has been responding well and is sealing over those big wounds. Maybe in 2 years they will be open to pruning again vs removal.

It’s wild how fast roots can damage concrete!
We took down this big pine tree and ground the stump.
Part of the purchase agreement for closing a house sale. We made it happen!

Big dying ash tree. EAB infested. Leaning towards home. Nothing between the house and the tree to mitigate failure. Client opted out of yearly precise dosing of insecticides as treatment. So she gotta go!
