While we finish up a big’ ol project today (updates in our stories 🙂), here’s one we completed almost exactly a year ago! From a pesky grass & ivy yard to a beautiful, framed-in pollinator garden, we installed a 6x6 retaining wall and pathways to make this an even more functional space. We remember how much fun this project was and how fulfilling it was to hear that our customer said she felt like a brand new person after the transformation. :-) There’s not really a better review you can get!

Here’s a grass lawn ~~> pollinator garden transformation we did back in the spring! 🌼

Since it’s been so hot here in NC, we have paused big planting jobs until the fall, so we are just reminiscing a bit. :-) Of course hardscaping and prep work for future installations are great fun, but there’s nothing like seeing those quick turnarounds from stale grass lawns as plant lovers. :-) Just a few more weeks to go of this intense heat (she says hopefully 🤞). We’ve got some exciting sketches to turn into reality, so stay tuned!

Gorgeous retaining wall/ multi-tier flower bed we finished up last week! Constructed with 6’x6’ lumber and filled with native perennials & shrubs, this garden is going to last many, many years and fill in beautifully along the way. :-)
