Knocked out another one over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier with how this kitchen turned out! A couple finishing touches left but clean lines, bright and open, and built to last. Another happy homeowner in the books. Proud of the whole crew on this one.

Some jobs throw you curveballs you never see coming. When we started opening up the dining room at Limestone Farm, we found serious hidden damage that means we have to rebuild the entire floor system and the back end of the house. A lot of contractors would’ve either walked away or tried to patch it up and hide it. At Splitgate Construction, we make it right — no matter what. Yes, it impacts our schedule, but everyone gets a turn. We’ve got you covered.

Two and a half days. That’s it. We ripped this whole second story down to the first floor framing, rebuilt on new floor joists, reframed everything, and dried it in so this family could get their kitchen back and protect their home. Couldn’t ask for a better crew—my guys are absolutely incredible. I’m so proud of this team, they’re one of a kind. The dedication and commitment they showed working 16-hour days from dawn to dusk is unmatched. We’re truly lucky to have a crew like this.
