Some people walk into a room and you just know — they've seen things, built things, and figured out what actually matters. Whit Smith is that person for us.

With 40 years of hands-on custom home building experience, Whit serves as our Senior Construction Advisor and mentor — and honestly, that title doesn't quite do it justice. He's the steady hand behind our construction oversight, the voice that guides land selection, materials, and quality standards, and one of the most genuinely invaluable people we've ever had in our corner.

Calm, confident, and completely unflappable. We couldn't do what we do without him.

This living room is one of our favorites we’ve ever built — grand enough to take your breath away, warm enough to actually live in. Open to the kitchen, flooded with natural light, and watched over by the upstairs hallway above.
