Today is a pretty cool milestone - 5 years in business for our company GlassPro!
My very first client fired me.
I literally did not know how to clean a window and she was completely justified to do so. It was this elderly lady in Englewood who had a two story home. I quoted her $200 (completely underpriced) and after butchering about 3 windows she cut me a check for $50 "for my time" and told me to leave.
Completely humbled, I then went to YouTube (world's best educational system) and taught myself everything I knew at the time.
Still, I had no concept of business systems and I somehow failed forward.
Amazingly, I learned (mostly what *not to do) and clients started to call me back. Gratefully, they still do now and I eventually made my first hire. I knew nothing about how to find, train and deploy employees and am still working on how to be better at this.
This year, we'll do over 7 figures in sales and have 9 employees (about to hire 10 and 11!)
I truly don't say that to brag in any way - that is not my heart - and I only say this because people like Alonzo Adams Tim Krug Zach Davis AJ Gennaro and Joshua Latimer ( Walker, among many others) are men that represent the highest levels of character, trust and leadership and have been incredible at helping along the way.
Now, I'm fortunate to help other entrepreneurs who are just starting out that are on the hunt to make their first 6 figures and beyond. If that's you, I'm here for you and it's thrilling to see these business owners succeed so quickly one step at a time!

I'm a fired-by-his-first-customer entrepreneur that has been gracious enough to receive so much help day in and day out and it is far more than I deserve.
What a ride. My wife Aleesha Thomas and two kids (almost 3!) are amazingly supportive and could not be more loving.
My cup overflows and to God be the glory! 🔥
