Ran into some rot. Repaired it and I think we got it all done great with the budget at hand! Simple composite deck. Even was able to give the entry way a face lift. Think we made the best with what he had to work with!

There surround wall was caving in from lack of barrier and wall getting into it. Quick new surround I think it came out alright!

Exterior wall was sitting off the foundation Ava the block was split caving in block had no footer neither.

New footer. Block wall. Seal plate. Rim joist. Exterior framing. Windows. Door. Rebuilt eaves and fascia. Siding. Soffit. Fascia. Exterior outlet. Dryer vent. Washer and dryer hook ups.

Bump out with roof added on for an exhaust fan. Just some paint to finish!
