Hello followers,
I wanted to reach out and thank everyone who has hired us over the past 6 years. Thank you for trusting us with your projects and hiring us to help.
We have made the decision to move to Maine. With the rising costs of housing in New Hampshire it made more sense for us. As we look towards buying our first home Maine had more acreage to offer.
We will be back on occasion since both mine and Emily's family lives in southern NH.
We want to try and visit once a month. If you need anything feel free to let us know.

This homeowner will be selling soon and needed help liquidating to move into a smaller home.
They requested a partial basement cleanout. They needed their old decorations, tons of holiday gift wrap, and tons of old paints removed.
We were asked to leave behind useful items for the next owners. Some of the paints were much newer and labeled by room and area. Those stayed to help the buyers match colors.

*Now they can call in a contractor to diagnose where the water is coming from and have a very nice home on the market very soon!

Today we worked to help this homeowner love their kitchen again. These old plumbing leaks inevitably leaked thru making this room their least favorite space.
This open concept made more sense to do the entire dining space and kitchen ceilings.
▪︎First drainage holes needed to be patched ▪︎Killz stain blocker was then applied as reassurance it won't ever been seen again
▪︎Cutting in by hand allowed crisp lines on the edges
▪︎ Then a larger roller was used to cover more area and allow an even dispersion of pressure to not ruin the textured ceiling.
AND the best part??....
We got it done in less than a few hours and cleaned up just in time for them to have dinner!

We were asked to do another cleanup at Exeter Volvo.
A few months after our last visit the weeds inevitably returned.
This time was a bit more in depth clearing a walkway between them and McDonald's. We removed 2 truck loads full of landscape debris. It looks so much better and I'm glad they're happy!

They had 40 brand new pavers delivered and wanted them put in on the main section of walkway. Over the years they had used salt to melt the ice that sunk into the old red brick and dried it out, making it chip and break into pieces.

This customer hired us back to stain and protect their 3 year old pressure treated deck.

It needed to be pressure washed and sanded first for the best results.
Once the first coat dried we could tell it needed a second.
The wood was starved and soaked it in unevenly.
Once the second coat went on there was a noticeable difference!
