Introducing our Grand River Addition Project… sound the trumpets! Complete kitchen remodel with totally new layout, stunning new sage cabinetry with custom natural wood hood & accents. The chic new custom finished white oak hardwood flooring adds the organic warmth for the icing on the cake. The addition is a brand spankin new bathroom with a tile shower, matching sage cabinetry and a 2-in-1 laundry appliance zone along with a new entry & mudroom space.

It’s time for another fun “Before & After” Reveal!! What was once an unused dark corner has now been transformed into a very useful dry bar entertainment zone!! We originally finished this lower level media space in 2021 and was invited back this year to add this little gem of a space!! Enjoy!
