Thousands of customers, tens of thousands of products and countless memories created by hand right here by our family and friends! For all orders, we require at least half down prepayment unless it is something that we are absolutely certain that we can resell quick in our store. All orders take 7-10 days to complete. All prepayments are non-refundable if pickup is neglected. All sales are final -
we do not do returns or exchanges unless a product was damaged at the time of purchasing. If a partially paid order is finished and there is no communication from the buyer for 2 weeks, we will either resell or repurpose the product. If a fully paid order is finished and there is no communication from the buyer for 1 month, we will either resell or repurpose the product. If you are very busy or have some sort of reasoning for neglecting pickup, that is absolutely fine - we are happy to work with you! The above two points apply to those that don't respond to our messages at all. This leads us to assume that you are no longer interested if you no longer communicate. We do not (and haven't ever) deleted any messages from any customer (or potential customer) on either this page or my personal page, and therefore have record of every interaction. If a customer has stood us up in the past, we will ask for a downpayment of the full amount.
