We recently took advantage of the frozen ground and snow to drop some dead and dying trees for a couple customers. One of the trees was a large red oak in severe decline. Two main trunks that had cracked apart due to a large amount of included bark as shown in the first picture. Although the tree was at risk of failure and damaging the underground propane tank, it did serve as a hibernaculum for a bat. We placed the bat in an old bird house to hopefully house it until spring.

Happy Thanksgiving! We would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. We are thankful for the opportunity to earn everyone’s business and to provide excellent tree service at affordable rates. God has blessed our lives in many ways including my son who likes to help me cut down some trees, even if the saws are still a bit too heavy for him.
