Exciting progress at Casa San Juan Diego!

Building 1 is moving forward with block work complete and roofing and interior framing now underway. As the architects on this project, we’re proud to help bring this thoughtfully designed community to life.

Casa San Juan Diego is a collaborative effort between National Development of America and the Diocese of Venice, introducing a new standard of living in the heart of Immokalee. The garden-style community will feature 80 modern residences, including a mix of spacious three-bedroom and comfortable two-bedroom units.

We are honored to be part of a project that supports quality, attainable housing and strengthens the community.

🚧Project Update | Triton Cay🚧

PDS Architecture served as the design architect in collaboration with Silver Hills Development on Triton Cay, a riverfront multifamily development in Downtown Fort Myers.

Phase II is progressing, delivering an 8-story apartment building with a central courtyard pool and a range of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom / bathroom floor plans. The design supports efficient vertical living while integrating modern amenities within a walkable, urban core.

🏗️ Project Spotlight: St. Peter Claver Apartments 🚧

PDS Architecture is proud to be the design architect for the St. Peter Claver Apartments, a 214-unit affordable housing development in the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. redevelopment area.

Phase II is well underway, with framing progressing and exterior systems moving forward. This phase will deliver 78 additional units, continuing the project’s multi-phase buildout on the Diocese of Venice site in partnership with National Development of America.
