This month we are shining a spotlight on William Summers! William is a shining example of what it means to live out all five of Rogue’s core values: Get S**t Done, Say It, Do It, Work Hard Play Hard, Say Yes First, and Give a Damn. His commitment to these values is evident in everything he does and it has not gone unnoticed.
With his consistently positive attitude, thoughtful feedback, and unwavering dependability, William is the kind of teammate everyone appreciates having in their corner. He shows up, follows through, and never hesitates to lend a hand.
William doesn’t just talk about our core values. He lives them. His reliability, generosity, and genuine care for his teammates make Rogue a better place to work. We’re incredibly lucky to have him on our team, and we’re grateful for everything he brings to the table!
