Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule estimates, installations, and service appointments
• Assist customers with product inquiries including fencing, swing sets, sheds, and outdoor structures
• Support sales by guiding customers through options and helping close opportunities
• Coordinate job schedules and communicate updates between customers and crews
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and appointments
• Track inventory and place orders for materials and supplies as needed
• Assist with general office tasks to support daily business operations

Qualifications
• Previous customer service, administrative, or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities
• Comfortable discussing products and assisting in the sales process
• Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
