INSANE Modern Cantilever Structure

This custom modern cantilever structure completely transforms the outdoor space—creating privacy from a busy road while delivering a bold, architectural design.

Featuring a massive 6-foot overhang, custom color-changing LED lighting running down the beams, automated lighting, a 60-inch fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating, this space was designed for both privacy and entertaining.

Sandblasted Concrete Deck

This modern pool deck transformation combines style, texture, and functionality. The existing concrete was sandblasted to add traction while bringing out the natural color and character of the surface. We also sandblasted the pool coping to create a seamless match with the deck.

Custom details complete the design, including hide pool skimmers, clean turf strips, and a strategic turf gap that visually separates the pool area from the main patio.

The result is a modern, cohesive outdoor space with added texture, improved traction, and carefully designed transitions between concrete, coping, and turf.
