We are nearing completion on this new build located on Otsego Lake. The objective was to finalize the project by Memorial Day, and it appears we will meet this deadline. The homeowners visited the site over the weekend and expressed enthusiasm for occupying their new residence for years to come.

Made some great progress during the last few weeks. Countertops are going into production shortly. Interior painting is scheduled for next week. We are getting close

We have nearly completed the exterior of the new build. Hopefully, we can pour some concrete within the next week or so. We successfully drilled the well last week and the septic system installation is forthcoming. Last week, our focus was on knotty pine and stone work.

New build is coming along well just south of town. In the last month we have got the entire house insulated by MAG insulation, drywall hung, mudding & taping starts Monday by South Paw Drywall. making progress on exterior siding. Knotty pine for great room ceiling and exterior porch ceilings is almost completed by Bulldog painting.

We are making significant progress on this new build. It is anticipated that backfilling will occur within the next couple of weeks, followed by the installation of outside decks. Countertop measurements are slated for next week. Mike's electric will be arriving next week to finalize the electrical components.
