New employee. She will be partnering with me and the nursery will only get better. My wife for 30 years plus. She had a real job and is now slumming with her man. Good days ahead. Her name is Pam.

She is my Dads and brothers favorite. Our Daughters too as a matter of fact. Come say Hi!

PS Of course this will work. I am worse at home than the nursery. Trust that.

Stephen Rulo rose. First time I have seen it in person. I love these rose colors. Some don’t. Anyone else grow this!

This is actually a new to me, Filipendula Red Umbrellas. An old school plant with great characteristics that is getting press because of this variety.

Confusion maybe.
We don’t mind people asking for a discount, in fact we give them on occasion. We also take returns when it is clearly not our fault. We also donate to charities and fundraisers. We have hired people with disabilities. We treat people with kindness and respect. Everyone who works here, except me, goes the extra mile for anyone with any ability. Ask around.

We just aren’t down with the raging lunatics. And we get those sometimes. I don’t want there to be any misunderstanding about how much we love 99.9 percent of the people that walk through our doors.

The rage first folks. We don’t like them and don’t want them here. We got a vibe and we don’t want people killing it or distracting.

That’s what I was talking about.

The crew. Who’s your favorite?
Ben, Reese, Devin or Carol. The one with the fewest votes gets canned. JK

What makes the nursery so fun is these people.

Ben is good at everything. Reese is great at specific tasks. Devin is great at keeping things orderly. And Carol is great at interacting with customers and love of all living things. Still searching what I am good at, but I will find it soon enough.

Anyway, while many people give me the credit, thanks, these people are the ones who make it work. For real. And everyone likes each and there is zero office politics and fighting. We have a lotta laughs.

It is fun.
