We knocked out a bay window, poured a foundation and installed a 10’x12’ cooler

Ran new mini splits

Converted the theater room to a physical therapy room

Updated the electrical

Renovated two bathrooms and the CSL fireplace centerpiece of the main hall

Updated sprinklers

Installed a new window inside a brick wall

Moved hvac condensers

Installed a new steam station in the kitchen

Installed new kitchen doors with custom stainless jams made at a local metal fabricator.
