🏡 Another Deck Project Complete! 🛠️

Another beautiful deck is officially wrapped up! 🎉

We want to take a moment to thank this wonderful family for giving us the opportunity to build them a deck that we hope will become a place where countless memories are made for many years to come.

One of the best parts of this project happened this morning. As we were putting on the finishing touches and packing up our tools, we looked over and saw the family sitting out here enjoying breakfast together on their new deck.

That moment honestly brought me so much joy. ❤️

After all the planning, measuring, cutting, building and finishing touches, seeing a family actually enjoying something we built for them is the perfect reminder of why I love what I do.

We don’t just build decks — we build spaces where families can gather, relax, laugh, enjoy meals, make memories and enjoy their home.

And perhaps one of the greatest parts of this business is the relationships that come along with it. I am truly grateful to have gained yet another friendship through this project. So many of the customers we’ve had the privilege of working with have become more than just customers — they’ve become lasting friendships that I genuinely cherish.

The black composite railings are now installed, along with a gate that provides convenient access to the homeowners’ future pool. Both staircases are completed, and everything is really starting to come together.

We’ve got just one more day left to install the black lattice and finish the black PVC trim work, and this project will be officially complete.

We take pride in building outdoor spaces that are as durable as they are beautiful, and we’re looking forward to sharing the finished results.

🌧️ Rain or shine, the work keeps moving! 🔨

Today’s weather may have kept us off the deck, but it didn’t slow us down. We spent part of the day under cover in the garage building all of the stair stringers for this deck project so we’re ready to hit the ground running as soon as the skies clear.

A little rain won’t stop progress—sometimes it’s just an opportunity to get ahead on the next step. The show must go on! 💪

⚒️ From Tile Trouble to a Fresh New Look! 🏡

Sometimes Mother Nature changes the schedule, so with questionable weather yesterday, we put our deck project on hold and shifted gears to tackle this flooring renovation.

This home had seen better days. The kitchen ceramic tile had numerous cracks caused by an uneven subfloor, and there was a noticeable height difference between the kitchen and the adjoining living room and hallway.

To create one seamless floor throughout, we installed 1/4” plywood underlayment to bring everything to the same elevation before installing this beautiful new Pergo flooring. The transformation completely modernized the space and will be a huge selling point as the homeowners prepare to put their home on the market.

A special shoutout to the homeowners, who jumped in and helped by removing the old ceramic tile and tackling the stubborn thinset before we arrived. Teamwork like that always helps keep a project moving!

Today it’s back to the deck project as we continue making progress there. Stay tuned for more updates!

We’re baacckkkkk! 😎🔨

This beautiful bathroom never gets old! We stopped back to wrap up the final details by installing this stunning barn door and putting the finishing touches on the gorgeous custom vanity—and we couldn’t be happier with how it all came together.

From the patterned tile floors and custom tiled walk-in shower to the warm wood vanity, vessel sink, and now the barn door, every detail was carefully selected to create a space that’s both modern and timeless.

We’ve been hard at it lately, so we wanted to share a few of the projects we’ve been working on!

📍 Buckfield, Maine
We recently completed a full siding replacement on a home and garage that was only 4 years old. Unfortunately, the original vinyl siding had badly faded and warped, and the original builder avoided the issue and left the homeowners without a resolution.

We were happy to step in, assist them through the manufacturer’s warranty process, and help secure brand-new siding at no cost to the homeowners, with half of the labor covered as well. Our crew completed the entire project in just 2 days, leaving the home looking good as new!

📍 Sabattus, Maine
We also had the privilege of working for the wonderful couple who purchased my flip property. They loved the decks we built during the renovation but wanted to add a spacious side deck where they could entertain family and friends and relax outdoors. It was great to come back and help them make the home even more their own!

📍 Greene, Maine
Closer to home, we spent several days helping some great folks cross off a list of projects that had been waiting far too long. We completed:
✔️ Interior trim work
✔️ New bathroom flooring
✔️ Painted a couple of bedrooms
✔️ Installed new attic access stairs
✔️ Installed a new basement handrail

Every one of these customers was an absolute pleasure to work for.

Before & After Transformation! 🔨🏡

This project involved much more than just a new door. After uncovering extensive rot around the front entry and lower perimeter of the home, we removed all damaged materials and completed the necessary structural repairs to restore the home’s integrity.

✅ Replaced the outdated entry door with a new modern fiberglass entry door
✅ Removed and repaired extensive rot discovered during demolition
✅ Replaced the entire rotted wooden skirt board around the home’s perimeter
✅ Installed maintenance-free PVC trim boards while preserving the home’s original appearance
✅ Fully flashed and weatherproofed all repaired areas for long-term protection

The finished result gives the home a cleaner, updated look while eliminating future rot concerns in these areas. Another happy homeowner and a home that’s ready for years of worry-free performance!
