From graduation bouquets to flower crowns and everything in between, it’s been a busy week here at the farm.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who chose Burdock Acres to help celebrate life’s special moments, and congratulations to all of the graduates this weekend! Whether you’re moving up, moving on, or starting a brand-new chapter, we’re cheering you on.

🌼 Perfect for filling in garden beds, containers, and those empty spots you've been meaning to plant… or that a critter "helped" create. 🐿️🦌

Whether you're looking for pollinator-friendly flowers, herbs for the kitchen, or a few more plants to brighten your yard, now is a great time to stock up.

It's not too late! Graduation bouquets are available for pickup here at the farm, but orders must be placed by 8:00 AM tomorrow morning.

I’m not sure how it happened, because just yesterday your naked, bald-headed, diaper b***y was sitting in a Bumbo in the middle of the dining room table.

From snuggled-up sick days (man, I could use one of those naps right now 😅) to puddle-jumping toddler adventures, and now somehow you’re graduating 8th grade.

Somewhere along the way, you turned into an eye-rolling teenager with a heart of gold and an impressive talent for stealing your mother’s clothes.

You are smart, kind, and weird in all the best ways, and I have no doubt you’re going to do great things.

I’m terrible at posting bouquet photos because I don’t want to ruin the surprise before they’re delivered. 😉

But this one was too pretty to get lost in the depths of my camera roll… and with 37,000+ photos on my phone, that’s saying something.

A birthday and welcome-to-the-team bouquet filled with peonies, roses, ranunculus, iris, stock, sunflowers, and fresh-cut Blue Muffin viburnum which is turning my new favorite.

This morning I joked that if I wanted rain, all I had to do was host a plant sale. 🌧️

Too bad I didn’t think of that during last year’s drought.

Rain or shine, we’re open until 4 today with flowers, vegetables, herbs, annuals, and perennials looking for new homes.

Next weekend will be our final weekend open for the season, so if you’ve been meaning to fill a few holes in the garden, now’s the time!
