Exemplar Carpentry & Home Repair We are a small, low overhead remodeling and home improvement company that provides the most personal and dependable service possible to its customers.

Started by owner, Matt Sayers in 2005, Exemplar Carpentry & Home Repair is a new company but we are not new to the trades. Matt started to learn the construction trades by building complete custom homes with his father since his childhood and has not stopped learning along the way. Above all, we are proud of our loyal customer base. More than half of our projects each year are performed for past c

lients or for people who have been referred by them. Exemplar Carpentry & Home Repair will make certain your expectations and costs are met and the job is completed on time. Our goal is to be responsive to your wants and needs. The core of our business is remodeling, restorations, basements, decks, additions - even maintenance. We enjoy the challenges and have developed the skills and abilities that this demanding work requires. Remember, we’ll never use high pressure to get you to choose us, but we’ll always ask for your business. We don’t believe in telling you what you need, we believe in telling you what your options are, and we believe in helping you make sound decisions about your most important asset -- your home.
