It has come to our attention that armadillos have officially made their way into our area 👀

So if you wake up and find mysterious holes in your yard, before accusing your lawn guy, your dog, or your teenager… consider the possibility that a tiny armored tank worked the night shift 🛡️🌙

For those unfamiliar, an armadillo is basically nature’s way of saying, “What if we gave a possum body armor and let it dig wherever it wants?”

They’re a little awkward-looking, and apparently very confident in their landscaping abilities.

We are stepping our game up and implementing some new policies for this season to better serve our customers and provide the quality you can always expect. Here are a few new policies in effect:

1. 12-month service agreements are now required to maintain quality and provide consistent scheduling and staffing. Credit card on file will be charged automatically upon completion of each service.
2. No biweekly mowing during growing season (March-October). We will transition to biweekly or 1x/month during winter months only and if mowing is not required we will devote our time to leaf removal, shrub trimming, or an alternative service to be completed within the same timeframe to remain on our schedule.
3. Fertilization and w**d control is REQUIRED for all maintenance accounts.
4. Hiring a competitor such as TruGreen, W**d Man, etc for treatments is a conflict of interest and will NOT be permitted.
